Soccer practices are a great place to use everything we learned here. There you can show your confidence, practice good communication, and working with others. All of which make a good leader.
There are a couple of ways that I could use what I learned before the next workshop. I could use a few problem solving skills to help with it. I could also try to help people or motivate them as a leader. I could also try to think of something to do when I am bored like building a marshmallow and spaghetti tower as high as I can.
I can set goals for the summer and my sports and work towards meeting those goals. I can also do things to improve my leadership skills and qualities that we discussed during this session.
I can use the communication and team building skills that I learned to help me work better with my basketball team. I can help give ideas and help us become a great team for this fall.
I can use what I learned here online. I've created a site for fans a popular book series, and using the leadership skills I've learned here, I can practice being a better site administrator.
You can used what you learned here in emergency situations. For example, if someone got injured somewhere, you can work with a group of near by people to help the injured person get to a hospital.
Volleyball practice will be a great place for me to use these skils. I could also use them in my 4-H activities. The problem solving skills will be of great help in everything I do, but now that I know that there are different ways to encourage people I can use that while I am playing volleyball to encourage everyone to do the best they possibly can.
I can use what I learned here when I babysit my little sisters. I think it will be easier to get them to cooperate with me if I use some of the things I've learned.
I'll start football in a few weeks so i can take charge and try to do my best to work on my leadership skills. I will learn from older kids and help others as well.
